The holiday apartment lies in a two-family house and applies more than 2 floors. The house became in 1903 built and in 1970 restored. To old pines and palms the Finca surround which only only approx. 400 m of the beach Trenc lies away. From the Finca one can go on foot to the beach by the privately pine wood. The flat disposes in the ground floor of a nice terrace with furnishings divided by an American bar with Spülbecken and washer, small fridge and portable grill, from here one has the access to the living space with seat group and Sat-Tv, an open passageway to the kitchen with eating place to 8 people and garden exit, 1 bedroom (bed 150x190Cm) and 1 twin-bedded room (90x190Cm), 2 showers / Wc, washing room/Wc with washing machine and iron. In the upper floor is 1 bedroom (bed 135x190Cm) with nice view of the country, 1 twin-bedded room (2 beds 90x190Cm), Living space without seat group, however, with terrace.
In the big communal garden there is the fantastic pool 10x5 m of lawn surrounded, 10 couches. Here you can spend your vacation in rest and are removed only 400 m from the beach.

Ses Covetes is a small little village in the south of Majorca. It belongs to the municipality Campos and lies at the northern end of the Palya of the Trenc. The place has only a few inhabitants, however, is very full in summer. In the place you find bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Otherwise the small place does not offer a lot - but the nächstgrössere place Campos is removed only 10 minutes. Here takes place on Saturday also a market which is worth seeing.
