Rustic Finca in local nearness to the Majorcan village Santanyi in the southeast of Majorca. Only 1 km of distance to shopping possibilities, bars and restaurants. The nice bath bay of the Playa de Mondrago is to be reached above a direct way (approx. 2 km). The origin of the Finca comes from the 16th century, she was originally only 20 m² and was increased in the course of the last years constantly. A roofed shady terrace with table, chairs, six sun benches and a natural stone grill has the ground-level Finca. On the big roof terrace one has a dreamlike view above the fields.
In the summer cottage there are three bedrooms and three baths. Two bedrooms with shower-bath en suite. A bathroom with bath. From all bedrooms one has access to the garden. Central heating exists. In the small sitting room there is an additional sleeping sofa for the 7th person.
