Finca Majorca in Son Macia

The traditional finca lies in the southeast of Majorca in Son Macia. The Finca lies on a light hill and offers a dreamlike panoramic look. In the undeveloped outskirt area a garden with lawn, palms and plants was put on. In the pool there is a summer kitchen with seat possibility, grill, washer and fridge, so that can be eaten during the summertime here. Round the pool there are sun benches, several sunshades. All around the house you find several shady roofed terrace with sofas, armchairs and chairs. A big roofed terrace and in the upper floor a big terrace has in the basement the Finca passably from two bedrooms. In the basement lies the kitchen, a dining room, desweiteren a sitting room with big dining table, a 3 bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and a company WC. In the upper floor lie two double bedrooms with a bathroom in each case en suite. In the main house there are therefore three bedrooms with 7 beds, three baths, a company WC and a sleeping sofa. Son Macia is a little village at the eastcoast. Located between the hills, it has beautyful panoramic views over the mountains and the sea. The secound largest town of Mallorca, Manacor is reachable in about 5 min. by car. To get to the little bays at the eastcoast, it will take you about 15 min by car.
