It`s a history charged place, which makes you feel like step into the past. Near the village Caimari, submontane the Tramuntana Mountains in the northwest of the island, where agriculture and tourism meet, you'll find the main buildings of this hotel. The hotel is surrounded by plantations of olives, oranges, lemon, figs and almonds. Most of the ingredients, which are used in the kitchen of this hotel, hail from this place, like lamm, chicken,goat, orange, lemon, mandarines, figs, almonds, olives, pear,pomegranates, honey, ect...
