Air-conditioning w/k in the sitting room and in a bedroom. In immediate surroundings one finds baker's, a butcher's shop, restaurants, pelican crossing, holiday boats and a lot more. The summer cottage has 3 double bedrooms in each case with two single beds as well as two bathrooms - one with bath and one with shower. A kitchen and a Wohn-/dining room are also in the row house which is built more than 2 floors.

Puerto de Alcudia with its harbour is located at the end of Alcudia bay. Along the promenade you can visit the numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The beach Playa de Muro is also nearby. This is one of the most beautyful beaches of Mallorca and is very children "friendly", because of the shallow water.
