The villa is made of natural stone and high quality furniture with terracotta floors, traditional wood-beamed ceilings and kept in Mediterranean pastel colours.Die luxurious finca is situated on extensive grounds midway between the charming town of Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Port de Pollenca. The imposing entrance through a traditional Mallorcan wooden door leads into the entrance, where a grand staircase with wrought iron railings leads up to the first floor.On the ground floor the hallway leads into a large open living area with beautiful tiled floor, beamed ceiling and white walls. The living room has a separate sitting area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and Wi-Fi, and a separate dining area from where you exit to the large covered terrace with creeping vines. Enjoy the patio for dinner and to relax and unwind with a book or a drink. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned double room with en-suite bathroom. There are two large air-conditioned rooms, each with two bunk beds. Each of these rooms accommodates up to 4 people, ideal for children or adolescents. The beds are big enough for adults, too. Each of these bedrooms also has French doors onto the gardens, and they share a shower room. On the first floor there are two comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms. The master bedroom, with stunning views over the pool, garden and surrounding mountains, has a dressing room and a bathroom with double sinks, doors lead from this room to a private balcony. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds with en-suite bathroom. The beautiful walled garden covers an area of ​​4000 square meters and is surrounded by a stone wall. Here privacy is guaranteed. An oasis with colorful shrubs, trees and majestic palm trees interspersed with lawns. The pergola along the stone wall gives this area a special touch. Outside the walled garden the property covers an area of ​​nearly 20,000 square meters - a jewel in the midst of pure nature. Access to the villa is via a long driveway of rhododendron bushes and fig trees, surrounded by a Spanish oak woods. The gravel courtyard is surrounded by lush vegetation. The area at the rear of the villa is rustic and natural, with many olive trees.
