This three bedroom villa is just off the main road which enters Puerto Pollensa, in the resort itself, and only a 15 minute walk into the main centre, marina area and the beaches.

Villa Provenza is a one storey whitewashed villa with mature and private gardens, a shaded terrace with outdoor built in barbecue facilities, and a lovely lawned area around the swimming pool.

Inside the house there are three bedrooms (one double and two twin rooms) sharing one shower room and one full bathroom. There is a large main living and dining area with two sofas and seating for six to dine in doors, a wood burning stove and TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is modern with dishwasher, washing machine and electric oven and ceramic hob.

In summary, Provenza is a house in an ideal location for those who do not want to drive much or do not wish to hire a car at all and do not mind a little walking. The main beach is just a short walk away and a large supermarket just a couple of minutes walk.
